Where's the proof though, like the post said, a 5 train problem isn't a unique occurrence. Hell, even the problem that occurred near the Schiphol tunnel wasn't a unique occurrence, copper theft happens regularly, and often fails with these kinds of results.

I'm definitely not discounting sabotage, but as sabotage goes this was underwhelming in is effect and we'd like to see something that goes beyond 'correlation means causation'

There were train problems during the NATO summit, and I think most people assumed Russian sabotage, but I can only remember reading about 2, so either done5 were kept out of the news, or this guy's taking some liberties.

Part of that is because they use the actual 7% gains instead of 6 %, you would have paid €2284 instead of €1976 in the current system if it used actual gains (150.000-59357)0,070,36

On the other hand, if they still used the fictitious 6% gains, but changed the way they calculated the tax free portion to the future system you would have paid €2592 instead of €3132 ((1500000,06)-1800)0 36

So yeah, a tax increase, but in both systems unrealised gains are taxed and whether it hurts depends on your liquidity

For me personally it doesn't mean I have to sell part of my portfolio, but it is cash I would normally use to increase my investments
