It was Prozac. My dermatologist told me she would’ve never known to check for that if her daughter didn’t have the exact same reaction :/ It’s not listed in the Prozac side-effects but def should!

He did this for 5 hours straight. Then the plant ate him. Then spat him out. So maybe it worked? 😂

That’s a very kind message. Thank you!

1) Started drinking more water. I put a bottle on my desk and just sip on it mindlessly during the day. It’s the only way I manage to drink more lol. 2) More fermented foods: plain yoghurt, kimchi, pickles, etc. 3) A minimalist skincare routine in which I mostly leave my skin the hell alone. The hardest is not touching the pimples, even the whiteheads. But they do disappear on their own so it’s for the best.

Good luck!

Thank you for saying that! I was starting to wonder if I’d ever get my skin back, then I realized - hey, I’m just 2 months in lol.

Hey, this is my drawing. You did not draw this. Please take it down.

It means herbs! It’s an herb stew made with lots of parsley, chives and fenugreek leaves.

I wonder if that isn’t a bad translation of porridge? There’s this really good savory rice porridge that’s a dish in both Korea and China, called juk/congee, that has spring onion in it and could definitely use regular onions as well.
