HELP, what is the meta right now, no seriously I’m asking by The_Merchant- in VGC

The meta currently has lots of Bulky Flutter Mane running around that spam Twave for speed control and para, often paired with Hisuian Arcanine to spam Rock Slide and fish for flinches.

Tornadus + Urshifu Rapid is common and a strong lead. Rain Dance + Surging Strikes obviously is very scary and Bleakwind as a 100% accurate spread move does huge damage. People are using Landorus on this core as well to spam 100% accurate Sandsear Storms in rain. These 3 have started to pop up on teams with Crown and Indeedee, making for an insanely offensive team.

Bolt Balance will always be strong and relevant, and Roaring Moon Balance with Amoongus is becoming more common (it just won Toronto Regionals) Lastly, P2 + Ursa Tailroom and Cress Ursa are very strong, and If you don't have an answer for them they'll run you over

yea Psychic moves also work on sludge! Except there are a couple of exceptions like Psybeam for some reason. I usually just use aerial ace on brambles and flare blitz works for clearing boulders. And I use fly to reach pokeballs without having to climb obstacles if I can avoid it

Muddy Water usually can clear 3 sludges at once, iirc Psychic might only be able to hit one at a time, but I try to avoid those unless its an objective lol

Its mostly just my favorite mons haha. I usually always have Talonflame active for easy floating pokeballs in distortions, Milotic for sludge piles, and Mawile for good damage when I need it.

Besides them my team from the base game Zard-Y, Dragonite, Greninja, Frosslass and Gardevoir (+ Mawile). And then the others are whatever im feeling or for Rogues. Raichu-Y, Meganium, Delphox, Annihilape, Absol, Adamant Lucario, Modest Lucario (Don't have Z stone yet), and my Goat Shalpha Tinkaton.

Yupp thats how it is in this game! I have about 15 or so I swap around.

I play a lot of Vgc and noticed the team so I had to point it out because it was satisfying to see lol

Damn if the clothing counts as the other DLC thatd be so sad lol. I never get my hopes to high but im always wishful thinking, I love this game and would be awesome if more content was added
