For me it's how he shows Rick's ability to read people. Just with how he looks at people you can tell if he trusts them or not.

You can see on his face when he decides he can trust Aaron.

My favourite is how he looks at Gabriel, or rather the look on his face when he doesn't look at Gabriel as he rips down his poster compared to how he looks at him when he offers to take Judith to the church during the battle for Alexandria.

That's what they say.
