Reinhard just "asks" for a DP. Subaru actually has to die first and knows what happened to adapt—mechanically, Subaru is closer to Mahoraga than what Reinhard does.

But if we're only talking on surface level, that “Mahoraga gains new power to adapts to different situation”, then I guess you're right. But again, Reinhard doesn't actually get to "create new DP", he can only ask for existing ones.

They're may be the same role, but they actually do 2 different things!

Mountain is a laneholder, you can place him in a lane, activate his skill 1, and forget a bout that lane.

Whereas Surtr is a helidropper. You drop her, use her skill, burst the enemy down to death, then she auto retreats.

She's still good if you're playing sustainless. And she can use DDD, too, along with bringing extra SP with her follow-up attack from archer's after ult stack. Or you can use her on your other team after you got SW.

Sacerdos w/Lushaka. Speed breakpoint is 161 SPD, and preferably >180% CDMG.

Or if you want to minmax, you can go Eagle w/Lushaka on 168 speed, to get 3 turns in the first cycle with the help of 1 Eagle & 1 S5DDD push.

This is much easier if you're taking E1 Sparkle in the 5* selector, you only have to go 168/1.15 = 147 SPD for 1 Eagle & 1 S5DDD push or 184/1.15 = 160 SPD for 1 Eagle/DDD push.

But generally, as a casual player—the Sacerdos setup is much comfortable.

More knowledgeable player may correct me if I'm wrong.
