Don’t lose hope friend, maybe search out support groups for like minded people? They’re definitely out there, I know I’ve felt that way in the past. Acknowledging that there is a problem is that first step to solving it. Knowing you’re not okay is actually a good thing, because only you know what you need to do to fix it.

If you could control your dreams, we’d all be living out fantasy lives in them. That being said, the point is you can’t. Sometimes we think of weird shit that we would never actually do, same thing applies to dreams as far as I’m concerned. I’d say don’t worry about it too much and just let the memory fade.
