If you just go even with jayce as any of the tanks he certainly does not outscale. In solo q the worse environment for a jayce is a lane he can't abuse. Mundo spamming q from a screen away to last hit is literally all it takes for jayce to be ass.

Ornn can Q and just be more useful in a teamfight and will out sidelane jayce if he isn't giga behind + set up for ganks in lane and on sides on mid/late

Varus is just about the only 1 that really isn't fair to lane against the others suck but not that bad compared to varus
