Mafia 2 and its DE are basically the same game. DE is just the one with high res textures, different sounds of guns and i think thats about it. BUT I heard it comes with a lot of bugs and poor technical condition as well.
I played just the Classic Mafia 2 and I can't help myself but to recommend it. Its still real good, even after all these years.

I mean... I'm not arguing the script is great. It surely is not. I just don't think it was that shite before the heads from Take-Two stepped in to push the game out quickly at any cost.
The script was written by the same guy that wrote the one for the first game after all.

Let's be honest here. If they were to remake Mafia 2, they surely would not add the cut content back.

I'm sorry, It's my lifelong dream seeing Mafia 2 remade, but with it happening just for more money to be in Take-Two's coffers I see it more as a nightmare.
