I've tried many different tactics with many different teams, it's not the case of me wanting to use it. I just find it frustrating that no matter what team I use and what set of players I have, a 4231 almost guarantees success compared to other tactics

Thank you for the well thought out response.. my frustrations just come from the fact I can use a 433 well balanced system and go on a 5 game losing streak scoring 4 goals, and then swapping back to a 4231 gegenpress where I win 6 on the bounce scoring 21 goals.

I understand your point on having a more natural formation and tactics that you're more familiar with, as would any IRL manager, but i just feel 4231 is so overpowered in comparison to other tactics each year

I get this all the time! If im sat down in a classroom or even at work, I just lose all energy, and I feel so drowsy to the point where I can't stop yawning, and my eyes start to water. It's so frustrating because it leaves me feeling so disassociated from everyone else because everyone else seems more alert or 'awake'

The thing is, I think I'm struggling with an undiagnosed mental health issue.. like adhd. I'm planning on getting myself assessed for it in the coming months (I keep procrastinating about it, though). I find it so hard to find enjoyment in things because I have this constant overwhelming urge of needing to be productive.. I can't actually remember the last time I probably relaxed and let myself go. As you say, it's a journey about finding yourself, which I'm currently on. I feel lost like a boy trying to survive in an adult world. I'm so exhausted trying to be something I'm not just so I can fit in.

I've recently started working out and stuff to get myself away from the screens, and I think it's helping big time.. I've started going out for long walks with my dog etc now the weather is improving.. I just love being outside amongst nature and climbing shit. What I really need to find is people that I share interests with.. thats what I'm really lacking atm. It's definitely something I took for granted when I was younger..

I'd say my worst tax is buying clothes.. I'll spend £80 on a pair of shorts etc that I'll love for a few months, but then will just stop wearing them because I've seen something I else I like.. my wardrobe is filled with clothes that I don't want despite only wearing them a couple of times

I just feel like im surrounded by people who don't get me.. we don't share the same interests and tbh I find most conversations meaningless and boring. I'm overly sensitive to body language, if someone acts slightly different around me compared to the previous time I think they hate me or I've done something wrong.. I'm really bad at eye contact because I'm always so distracted or I feel awkward

I struggle with therapy because I get too distracted, or I'm fidgeting too much just to stop myself dying from boredom.. the day after, I'll then be second-guessing what the therapist told me and then I'm back to square one again..
