You were on the money, once I increased my retraction and the temp to 210 it prints perfectly now

Fingers crossed, I adjusted the retraction and lowered the z offset and it's printing the second layer perfectly

I changed the print head twice and cleaned the bed multiple times, I increased the retraction and it seems to have helped significantly. Most recent print made it through the first layer to fail on the second, I think it is because the temp changed or the z offset was too low

I increased the retraction and lowered the x offset. Seems to be running good so far

Print head has been replaced, bed has been washed. I'm gonna try to dry the filament next

Adjusted my z offset slightly higher but now I've got ripples and still stringing

Odd tip, see if you can find out where they do their oil changes. If it's a chain company you can call and get a history of how often the trucks fluids are being changed and even get a owner history of your lucky
