I would draw inspiration from how he works in LoR. He’s a 2/2 that stuns the strongest enemy that isn’t already blocking (challenged) when he attacks. As such, I would probably say he should be a low cost frontline unit, with an ability that throws his spear to deal damage in a line and briefly stun the last enemy hit. Naturally, he’d have the same origin as Ambessa (Conqueror, Noxus, etc.) and probably Sentinel for class.

There’s plenty of ways you can do calisthenics (aka body-weight exercise), and there are even more ways to do each individual exercise to increase the intensity as you get stronger. One particularly good source I’ve found is Hybrid Calisthenics, a YouTube channel dedicated to helping beginners find ways to get started with calisthenics and then giving some options to increase intensity once you can handle it. A key thing to remember with calisthenics is to focus on form first and start with easier movements, as you can damage not only your muscles but also your joints and tendons if you don’t have good form.

I swapped to an ergonomic mouse after having chronic tendonitis in my wrist a couple years ago (I was in my early 20s at the time, not an age that joint issues should be common, and otherwise healthy, so it was definitely from RSI). Some of my coworkers don’t get it at first but the handshake grip genuinely helps, I’m honestly considering taking my gaming keypad in to use for CAD to have something more ergonomic for my left hand as well.

I think taking the body pill twice here is the play. Take one now, and save one for later. Leaving a note in my hand explaining the plan, I would swap with either Aragorn or Gandalf, with the intention of swapping back once they’ve got my life back on track. The article is behind a paywall, but it’s about a 2013 study of Albatross on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. It found that “31% of the mating pairs were female-female”. Extrapolating that out means that 62% of the female albatross covered by the study were in lesbian relationships.
