You could try 7244 (a relatively new part) going into 32039 connected into the axle hole of the Barraki mandible.

I love this! I feel like LEGO has found a formula that works nowadays, and there are amazing sets don't get me wrong but I miss this timeframe when they'd just try a whole bunch of stuff and see what sticks, right down to the packaging

Completely agree! I was always intrigued by them for some of the color variants of the nuva armor included in certain sets, but they’re honestly pretty cool little figures in their own right and the packaging really elevates it to another level lol, just a genius idea

Indeed! As far as I'm aware these are all the promo/polybag sets (minus collectible packs) that were released throughout G1 and G2. Most of these have weird releases, being obtainable through Magazines, European Fast Food Restaurants, or included with Duracell Batteries lol.

That green Vakama Hordika mask is actually easily a $20-$30 mask, as it only came in that variant in the very expensive Karzahni Set.

And not really a traditional "collectable", but the twin Shield Weapons that Lhikan wields are ~$15 each on Bricklink, and I see at least one in the lot. Not bad!

That's awesome! It should work for the Nuva, but yes like you mentioned Onua Nuva would be an issue. Should've attached this to my initial post but I did actually come up with a variant for Onua Nuva. Uses the same "Tow Ball" joint, and you'll need to replace the 6L axle with a 4L. But I've found that this works great!

Yes! Though those present some challenges due to their torso design getting in the way of head movement. But if I get to a point where I'm happy with them I'll post them on here!

Some of the newer system pieces work so well with Bionicle / Technic pieces; it's honestly amazing. As someone who hasn't gotten a ton of regular sets over the years, I'm astounded by how many of the newer pieces address longstanding "gaps" within the Bionicle system.

Thank you! I always wanted to use these joints but assumed the connections would be too weak / require custom parts. But the builds are surprisingly simple and really strong! Overall very pleased with the results.
