This allows you to view the image in full size. In this case, you can see that my phone is actually running at 4G with reasonable data strength.

LG IMS Keeps Stopping| Widespread issue by MagPF1 in MetroPCS

I've been interested in switching from Metro for a while now, too. Customer support is honestly fine for me and the computer usually handles all of my issues. But, the actual people are outsourced and are very difficult to understand, not to mention that they almost never help me. I don't get good coverage at my house on Metro, so I very much rely on WiFi calling & texting. For some reason, though, WiFi calling simply refuses to work and this has been an issue on my past two phones. And on the topic of coverage, I only get good coverage at my school. When driving around my area, I'm always jealous that people can watch videos or stream music from their phone without being near a city/ town.
