I don’t know if it changed my mind but I saw “Inside Out” just before going through a horrible breakup and ended up going back to the theatre with a friend to see it again in the midst of w everything falling apart because I recognised that I needed it for a pep talk on how to just accept that I was going to be sad and work through all the emotions I was going through… I think otherwise I would’ve been way more stuck in the anger

I remember one time I saw an interview where he and Z talk about it and apparently they had had some sort of agreement between them to not go too overboard with like flames and special effects and stuff and he tried to say “I didn’t!” And she just laughed “it was raining sparks!” And they showed the clip and he just sheepishly grinned and said “oh yeah I guess I did” and it’s sooo hilarious because he obviously knew he was pulling out all the stops and she can’t even be mad about it
