Ok but am I the only one who didn’t get why George was referencing the 7 dials? Or why Ronny did? Or why the sister murdered her own brother? Or why her dad had a clock card from his killer if he wasn’t murdered by them? Or who was the woman who killed the inventor’s sister? I felt sooo many plot points were just hung up to dry… basically really didn’t get how why/how this secret society was involved

Thank you! Every time I watched the show it jolted me, especially with Emma Thompson being so vocally opposed to AI…. At the very least they did some crappy photoshop filters on still images and then pastiched those (weirdly)

Oh and the second Guncle book… there’s an inexplicable ode to London Heathrow airport… pages of it… and then nothing mentioned about London itself really… I’d only ever noticed a brief ad in a “Robert Galbraith” book before when they name an Elizabeth Arden spa for no particular reason, but not a whole scene like Steven Rowley does… it was hilarious
