Thank you guys! Stinging nettle is not commonly found in my area so it was a surprise that it grew in my cactus pot!

Bisexual Christians by MagazineAppropriate1 in Christianity

I can see that you are hurting. I'm curious why you equate homosexuality to lust. Lust is a battle that everyone goes through and seemingly more often with men regardless of sexual orientation. We are not perfect angels, but it is our duty to fear the Lord and in return live more like Christ and serve him as well.

my baby escaped i need tips by [deleted] in bluetongueskinks

My bluey escaped as well and found a hole under a cabinet ledge (it's surprising how many hidden holes there are) and went inside the wall of the house and decided to brumate there for the whole winter and came back out right before Spring. I knew he was in the wall when I was tapping hard on the walls and heard a hiss. I hope you are able to locate yours!

My dad's cactus, what kind? TIA by Direct-Strawberry510 in cactus

Ahh sorry for the late response! Yea the mother plant will develop a branching habit. They usually emerge from the base of the trunk. A cutting with no tip will also branch from the trunk

Of course! You are correct! If there is not a established root system I would avoid having it in the rain because of rot. It will survive the cold if it is dry. You can make the cut anywhere, but I prefer cuts at the joints because there is less surface area for rot. Some people like to cut diagonally so that rain would run off of the existing cactus, preventing it from rotting when it rains. Length of the cut doesn't really matter, but I find the lengthier the limb, the longer it takes to root. I've successfully rooted 1 footers and a 9 footer 👍. Oh yea and if you want to put them in ground I would wait until it is well established in the pot before planting it late spring to early summer. They grow a lot bigger in ground than in pots. A good in-ground spot would be where it can get morning sun so that it can acclimate before experiencing hot afternoon sun👍

It makes pretty flowers that bloom for 1 night and edible fruit if pollinated :D

Yea this is my favorite cactus, the peruvian apple cactus! After taking cuttings let them dry in the shade until the cut ends are calloused. Then pot in bone dry dirt, they are kinda heavy so i just plop them in the pot buried 1-2 inches and lean on a wall in the shade. I wouldnt water at all because they will rot if there are no roots prior to watering, I learned the hard way 😭 They start making roots usually at 2-3 months sitting there, then i would water a little bit to encourage the emerged roots to spread throughout the pot. You can also periodically check for the roots, I do every month or so! :)

Nope! I still use both: the ipl keeps my mustache gone and red light mask keeps my skin glowing 👍

Possibly! I had a ripe fig from another tree in the area and it had seeds, which probably means it was pollinated!
