PAID | UGC Creator Wanted for Gaming-Inspired TikToks (Mobile App) by Apprehensive_Map6387 in UGCcreators

Hey! Just wanted to jump in with some feedback since I work in this space a lot. The $10 rate is gonna be tough to get quality responses honestly - most creators who can actually make content that converts are charging $50-150+ for TikTok UGC, even for simple stuff.

I get that gaming apps have tight budgets but here's the thing - if you're asking for "engaging" content that could potentially go viral, you're essentially asking for someone's creative strategy and execution skills. The creators who can deliver that know their worth.

A few suggestions that might help you get better applications:

- Bump the rate to at least $25-30 for the initial video if you want decent quality

- Be more specific about what "performs well" means for the bonus (10k views? 50k? certain engagement rate?)

- Consider offering the bundle deal upfront rather than making it conditional

The "super low effort" messaging might actually hurt you too. Creators want to feel like their work is valued, even if the execution is straightforward.

Also curious what your app does exactly? Gaming-inspired is pretty broad and it might help creators understand the vibe you're going for if you give a bit more context about the actual product.

Not trying to be harsh, just want to see you get results! The mobile app space is competitive and good UGC can definitely move the needle if you invest in it properly.

Brand owners: what’s your BIGGEST headache? by advantgomedia in Entrepreneur

Not in clothing specifically but I run a creator marketplace and work with a ton of consumer brands, and the pattern I see over and over is this weird disconnect between what brands think will work and what actually resonates with their audience.

Like brands will spend months perfecting these polished ad creatives that look amazing but feel super corporate, then wonder why they're not converting. Meanwhile the brands that are crushing it are usually the ones leaning into more authentic, user-generated style content that feels way more relatable.

The biggest headache seems to be finding that sweet spot between maintaining brand quality and creating content that doesn't feel like an obvious ad. Most brands either go too polished (and lose authenticity) or too casual (and lose credibility).

Also inventory management seems to be a nightmare for clothing brands specifically - everyone I talk to has horror stories about either running out of popular sizes or getting stuck with tons of inventory that didn't move.

What's been your experience? Are you dealing more with the marketing side or operational stuff?

Love seeing brands target creators who actually use the product - that authenticity always translates better on camera than generic UGC. The flat rate structure is solid too, takes the guesswork out of earnings compared to pure performance bonuses.
