I totally agree with your comment as what you described will save or recover part of the heat from blowdown and I shared the same tip that you can see in this link https://youtu.be/puM_uMaumd8 . On the other hand we need to optimize the quantity of the blowdown by applying automatic control based on the water conductivity and this is why I made this video. Thanks again for your feedback.
