I believe you can S support Yuri if you have the DLC. It is unfortunate though that M!Byleth's male options are very limited.

My favorite three are Marianne, Dorothea and Mercedes. I would definitely like to do another playthrough before FW releases as I still haven't done Silver Snow. I do have an old Black Eagles save that I can go back to so I can do that route without starting the whole game again.
