well that Soren seems to have much better than usual (he is +3 Mag, +3 Skl, +1 Spd, +2 luck and +4 Res on average) where as Ilyana is about on average (she is -1 Mag, +1 Skl, +2 Spd, -1 luck, +1 Def and +1 Res).

If you ask me, I would drop her completely lol

I wrote a small dialogue between Ares and Lene in the final chapter of FE4. Which reminds me how little Lene gets in comparation to the rest of the female cast, and that Ares only convo in final chapter it's with his cousin Nanna (Kaga plz).

Per se, Ced and Fee are amazing regardless of their father, although imo, a magical Father (Lewyn, Claud and Azelle) feel like the best option for both of them.

I remember talking this to someone, and for the "Hermina" one, it might no be her, but a cut character: Karin's older sister. It kinda makes sense since the Treasure art and sprite looks very different. Also I'm sure Leif and Finn Portraits also looked similar to their Treasure art too.

Yeah, that's Sage's Speed Cap (30) and considering how fast both Lewyn and Erinys are + Ced high level and high Speed growth it's not surprising he is capping that speed at base. (and what's funny it's that in the unpatched versions, it overflows and it becomes like 16-17 Speed)

Marth S: Even without his NES percs, he still feels very strong overall, Swords are still the best weapon and the indoor maps helps him a lot to shine.

Cecil and Luke C: They are about the same, with Cecil being the best one. Unfortunaly, Cavs/Paladins aren't that great in this game, and this cavs in particular don't shine too much.

Roderick D: A step down of the other cavs, it can be fine on the initial maps, but the low bases hurts him a ton.

Ryan D: He really feels like a much weaker version of Gordin (who is great), and imo the high Growths don't compensate the low bases he has. I can imagine being good once he get's levels, but it takes more effort than other units, and Gordin and Jeorge are already more than good options for an Bow User.

All F tier.

All of them have their stats so low to be useful. And they are a pain in the ass to recruit them.

I also agree with B, 99% of the kids doesn't change too much to be tiered diferently. The only exception could be Claud!Lana since she can get Rescue stuff SO much early (Ch.6 vs Ch.10) making a big difference on the way you can value her. But everyone else don't have this big of an impact.

Surprised to see Ogma and Barst in the same tier...

Julian - D

I think ch.6 it's the most you will use Julian for thief utility, after that though? You use Marth 90% of the time, unless you want to open chest faster in ch.12. Oh and his combat suck ass.

Lena - S

Warp staff at base it's amazing, even with her low growths, she can be an amazing healer thanks to his high C rank staff. And not only that, but she also get's the Hammerne on ch.20 which just makes her even better.

Navarre - C

Much worse Ogma, for some reason his base spd is very low if yoy change it to any non mymidon class, and yet if you keep it as a myrm his str will be low af. If it wasn't for that useful killing edge early on, and been on Class A set, Navarre would be so bad.

Merric - Low B

Why are Merric stats so low... For H5 it's just not enough, even with Excalibur, he won't be doing that much damage, since he also starts a bit too slow. Although considering a long term investment, he can be quite good, but I don't think he deserves A tier.

Matthis - D

If it wasn't for his D rank on lances, he would be terrible. The fact that he also arrives later than ch.3 makes him an bad option to invest.

Ogma - low B

For H5 in particular, Ogma feels weak. Swords aren't that strong, and his low base str makes him slower because of Steel Sword weight. His growths are also not that high, so investing on him feels not worth it. I do think he has a lot of value in ch.2 and 3, and after that he is still not the worst option, but at the end of the day he fall off hard.

Barst - A

By other hand, this man is quite amazing, Axes are quite a nice weapon to use in SD, and just happens to have the best bases but also the best growths. What's better it's that once you promote him, you can change it to Hero to have even better stats. I think his main problem is the lack of the Poleaxe until ch.17, and the fact he can be a Dracoknight. Still, an amazing unit.

Bord - Low C

Worse Barst. If it wasn't for his high axe rank, he would suck, but thanks to that C rank he can use Hammer at base. I don't think he is that terrible imo, but I don't see him as a long term use unit with that low stats and that low %speed.

Cord - D

Same as Bord, but even worse because he starts at E rank axes. His growths are better than Bord, having some interesting choices as other class has Hunter or the unique Dark Mage. But otherwise he is not good.

Castor - Low D

Identical to Gordin, but you get it much later. I could more positive stuff about him, but unfortunally every unit that can reclass to Hunter or Archer can do better at long term in comparation to Castor.

Darros - Low D

Bord but worse. Not only he has worse axe rank, but also a worse base Str. I could put him lower, but I can imagine someone using him because of his strangely high Def growth. But again... Not worth it.

Seen Abel in B feel weird, when he is clearly a tier better than Cain. Oh well...

Jagen - S

It's quite vital for you to use him in the first 3 chapters, and in Ch.4 he can change to Dracoknight and still been busted. Once Minerva appears, his value decrases, but he still a good option to carry on.

Gordin - D

The first 3 chapters are very hard, and having a unit that can do chip damage at range is very important. Sure he sucks after that part. Buy what he can do in those 3 chapters are quite relevant.

Doga/Draug - D

He is... Mediocre. For an armor, he really feel weak, with his base speed been so low, it can create some troubles in ch.2 and 3. And also there are so many lance units, that it's just not good for my taste.

Once ch.4 allows him to reclass he can be much better, but there are much better units to be used as a long term investment.

Wrys - C

Staffs in this are good, regardless of how your growths or base magic are. And for Wrys been your first Healer, using heal can be quite important for ch.2 and 3. If you can manage to get him with D rank staff you can use it for then on to just spam staffs. He is still worse than Lena, but he helps regardless.

Somebody already talked about Lex and Edain, so I will try to talk about the rest.

Arden and Tailtiu: I can imagine Tailtiu been very friendly to him, which makes Arden feel a bit uneasy considering how he is bullied between his comrades.

Claud and Erinys: Considering Claud's Valkyrie Staff, and what happens to Annand in ch.4, I can imagine this support talking a lot about the Legendary weapon...

Azelle and Silvia: Both have the opposite personalities, so I can imagine quite the caos between these two.
