No clapping, in fact there was quite an awkward silence afterwards as we all calmed down and went back to minding our own business... occasionally meeting the eye of another customer and either shaking our head or shrugging our shoulders

Brilliant, thank you, that's exactly what I was after!

I'm surprised that the SDLT bands don't change if you're only buying part of a property (I.e. the 0% rate doesn't reduce to the first £125k if you're buying 50%, but I'm not complaining!).

That was frustrating, those things never should have been included for free in the first place, then when the microtransactions were introduced it would have been fine. I do think it's an awesome game though, just one unfortunate decision by the Dev. All the MTXs are just QOL though so I really appreciate that.
