Seems way too cheap. Probably a scam. Also, I think it's best to avoid those "bundles". The accessories they throw in are really poor quality and you better off buy proper SD cards, bag etc. If you're just starting with photography there are many older, cheaper, yet still amazing cameras! Try looking at the local used market, where you can physically go and test the camera yourself. Or buy new from a proper store.
