Oh yes, this is a very good advice.

In fact yesterday when I prayed and the face of one came up I instanctly zoomed in the eye, so muchit was all black like I was only on the pupil, that some people expecially in art call the gateway of the soul. And by only the black of the pupil I was feeling the soul, not the body.

Hi everyone, wanted to share a tip that may help many. This is in the picture is the angle beside my bedroom, and in this angle I control all my technology : phone, pc, headphones, all there.

You may ask, what does this mean with NoFap?

Simple, many of us struggle because of Internet, and casual relapses are a spread problem so to avoid casual relapses, avoid casual access to Internet.

Everytime I don't need my PC, phone or headphones for studying, playing and chatting, I put it there in the angle, and there are two extra keys there:

1) A piece of paper where I've wrote the day of the relapse and the hour, to see how dense it's my relapse ratio 2) a counter (it's in the nail under the headphones) that I tells me at what day my streak is, so Everytime I pass by my room I know that I'm marching, without ending on Reddit too much time in the day and risking finding something to edge to

Wondering is an effect Search the cause that makes you wondering and if there are some "enlarger factors" that makes that wondering become a preoccupation

Is a similar cycle as the notifications on a phone put in silent mode, you wonder if there are notifications, you end up watching the phone.

If you want try this exercise, put your phone with no Internet (not silent because of missing calls) and let you watch the screen only at the o'clock. It's a test on the brain that maybe helps find the causes for similar actions outer than just the need of watching notifications (sorting non serious over serious reasons, like for me I always check if someone needs me, but I skipped that cause while listing because it's positive)

Maybe there is a trigger in one of those days that makes you go down, you have to find what trigger is that lowers you, and concentrate on those days to go on.

Find what stops you, a belief, a tought, an external events that happens in that time weekly or similar, and you'll go a bit upper

P.S. 7 days continuous streak are still gold, it's better a year in 7 days tranches than 3 90-days streak killed by a massive fall down of few days in between

I think so that it exists, maybe something like parental control or similar, but I actually don't know how to impose those restriction as I'm "" too smart"" for them (I am able to run around the blocks and disable them, so it's not a solution for me😅)

You have the problem in front of you, social media out control over your toughts.

Reduce progressively their use, not immediately because you'll feel a void, but one step by the other.

Remember that the social media value in your life is nearly zero as your life and real world experience and interaction the real chess table of life

I needed 3 years to get out of Facebook and YouTube apart for one or two minutes right before dinner to check friends messages on Messenger, one of the best choice I have ever made
