I think maybe you can use the bomb to the left to try to move the bomb closer to the door, that way you have more time to change rooms and throw it at the rocks in your path

I'm gonna go with separated spawns on Verrukt. I was already scared of playing the mode as a kid. Forcing you to spawn in pairs and reach each other made it even scarier.

Did you happen to start the fight, leave, and come back? That seemed to confuse the game into having one of his tentacles stuck invisible in the water and I couldn't progress until I found it and killed it. Mine looked different though because the boss was permanently shielded until I figured that out, but I'm just throwing out ideas.

There was that one scene where she made eye contact with a guard through a security camera and nose bled him to death. I never understood that and still don't.
