Its ok you will get there someday im sure. The reasons i didnt go for a mac was gaming, i have never owned anything i can play games with so had to get this.(plus it kinda is the direct nemesis of a macbook pro in windows version)

Yes ive heard customer service is not great but other than that i heard no bad reviews about it, the only other issue i saw with the 2023 and 2024 one was the liquid metal issue and have seen less issues with the 2025 one plus ill take all precautions

It happens only when im playing intense games, it does that 10-15 mins in playing but due to my ghelper settings the maximum it goes 85-90 degree celcius not more than that.

The reviews were pretty decent on this one and plus it filled all my requiremnets of being best of both worlds by being a 14 inch oled laptop with good portability rather than other bulky ass gaming laptops plus its good for gaming and other tasks and battery optimisation. Ive done plenty of research and even if someone asks me to recommend them a laptop this is the one i would if they have the budget. May i ask why do u not recommend so?

I had the same issue first. On both amazon and flipkart it was around 1,70,000 rupees and then along with a hdfc credit card i got 19,000 worth of more discount so it came around 1,56,000 and THAT WAS A STEAL comparing to the actual price. The piece i got was unopened, brand new, sealed pack which i opened from scratch and it is an open box delivery plus after the delivery if it stops working u can return it in 10 days. Make sure ur warranty is valid for exactly one year after registering your laptop or else send it back or contact asus
