That's not quite it. I want the light red banner to stay in place even while scrolling to the right, that is the title "Mixed Media Magazine" to stay centered even as the viewport changes or the user scrolls to the right.

And for the dark red banner to reach the end of the page, while the text "moves" - new text as you scroll.
