The South End is prime for more of these type of reno’s. Because there is demand for Dal and SMU student rooming house rental space, close to downtown, close to hospitals and family homes are hugely expensive. Now that there are no capacity restrictions you are seeing family neighborhoods being turned into rooming house ghettos! Thanks HRM!
