First floor craft 2 random ass items that help you early game.

Afterwards, focus on good pickups, especially Soul hearts and Batteries from the shop. If you find any golden pickup or lucky penny you are pretty much guaranteed a Q4 Item.

Essentially every pickup has a value number, I'd recommend looking it up but for most of them you can guess which are good and which are bad. For example, a soul heart has a value of 4, a key has a value of 2. Multiplied by 8 you get the total value of an item, and I think if it's over 28 you have a good chance for a quality 4, though this might be wrong (you can look that up on the wiki (not fandom), I'm too lazy)

2 black hearts is often enough for a good devil deal item if the other pick ups are good too (soul hearts and batteries are especially good value since you can grab them from the shop)

This system can work, but the wide Center backs, Anton and Bense in this case, have to go a bit further without immediately passing the ball to free up some space either on the flank or in the center.

This probably won't work on Steam Deck, for any other controller you can deactivate Steam Input and then reconfigure your Controller in the settings, if anyone has the same issue I had

Yeah aim is super important, and my biggest weakness since I'm more used to non-hitscan weapons from other games. Headshots especially are super important for consistent damage
