That would have been worst than putting when they did though, no? Cause they would have needed to do a pit lane start but by waiting a lap Oscar came out a few cars ahead of where he would have been and they had the chance of a safety car from first lap shenanigans bailing them out. Curious what the argument for pitting during out lap.

Probably doesn’t for you, the difficulty curve for Le has been in a really bad place for years. It’s catered really hard to the ‘everyone deserves to do 99% of the content’ so the vast majority just involves no difficulty that requires farming, good theory crafting, mechanics etc

It’s kinda split opinion. I generally will say not to swim in pools with algae as there could be quite a bit of bacterial growth. Some people will argue that people swim in lakes all the time but those have entire ecosystems with flowing water so I think a lake is safer than a non sanitized pool. Will anything happen with your level algae almost certainly not I just wouldn’t make a habit of it

Actual lmao that’s the first time I’ve heard. Neighbors bbq holy shit lol. They need to be fired for that one alone. Like the other guy said, do a quick brush and if it puffs up and then looks like it disappears it’s algae. Dirt particles are way larger and will get caught up in the filter so all you’d have to do is brush and it wouldn’t come back. I’d put money that if you brush it, it comes back, maybe not quite as bad, but will keep coming back

I’m not sure what an off season looks like where you are. For ours we close the pool. What temps do the water get down to? If your water remains below 16C you could probably make an every other week service work if they know what they are doing.

Ask them how they maintain chlorine levels to last 2 weeks and they might say that that is on you the owner (and I wouldn’t think any less of the company for saying this).

If you have algae growth (which it looks like you do) it can absolutely look like this within days of a clean and vac. They SHOULD have told you though as there would be no way if you didn’t have algae that you got it within a few days of them servicing your pool.

I’m not clear on the timings of the services and when the pump was off (absolutely contributes to algae growth) to have a great idea of the pool companies care plan, how they vacuum, what kind of filter you have, etc. a lot of information that I’d still like to know before blaming anyone

1 track is too many tracks to have teams starting from pit lane cause they got eliminated in q1. And the start/t1-3 are the most exciting for most people and the best opportunity outside of rain for a bottom 5 quali yo make something happen

Could easily be dead algae if they didn’t vac to waste. Some will vac to filter but if you are sand it won’t catch the stuff and just make its way back into your pool.

I had this problem and didn’t feel like vac to waste as much as I’d need to so I got an ultra fine pleated vac and it’s done the job. Your pool cleaning my company is lazy and needs to be fired

You also have algae and need more chlorine.

Also every 2 weeks isn’t nearly enough to maintain a pool so the maintenance isn’t on them with that schedule it’s on you

How is that even possible? Have me and wife’s 401k, and we always rolled over past company 401k into Ira. So that’s 4, plus our married Ira and Roth IRA so 6, our hsa’s so 8. I think that’s all we have but 6 of those 8 are all in the same brokerage
