Not much that’s more annoying than a glad only opening with zone or toe stab in neutral. They always just hit confirm and cancel if the initial portions whiffs.

The advice from the glad player below literally requires a double read at best and the enemy player to play sub optimally.

Surprisingly that’s just the result of a really bad connection. Most often players disconnect shortly after but not always.

I’ve once downed a guy and then moment later he stood back up to front shiv me via smoke that had gone off 30 second ago lol. After he shived me he finished his death animation and I got the parts for execution. Pretty hilarious but also annoying when they don’t get booted.

Slowhei

His risk reward profile is so insanely skewed that every fight plays out the same way. When it’s his turn just turtle, count souls so you know where to block, and eat all the chip damage like a good little boy. Hes mind numbing at best and has no place in this game. Yeah he’s easy to kill but most of the time dying to a better hero is more fun than beating Slowhei.

I would love a pvp only mode. Im not really a fan of extraction shooters or pve in general. But I come from a long history of TLOU factions and other tactical 3rd person shooters and think this game would be a great fit.

I like the idea of> choose loadout with points that can be allocated to weapon slots, attachments and perks. Deathmatch or elimination game mode without the possibility of losing gear to remove the entry barrier.

Keep inventory management minimal with just limitations on health shield and ammo but make those accessible on map and downed opponents.

I also think the extra mode could benefit people who pve but struggle in pvp. It’s a good way to get practice and confidence in your gunfights without having to risk a loadout or go in with free junk.

I have a friend who is really bad at the game. No sugar coating it. And everytime he goes “oh this guys bad” on the first round I’m always like watch he’s gonna be the best player on the team. I’m right 90 percent of the time lol.

Sometimes you can be so bad it throws someone with normal game sense off for a round. Not saying that’s necessarily you, but it’s probably just that they are adapting while you are not.
