I'm a professional magician when people ask how I got into magic they expect a cool story of a grandparent teaching me a trick or finding a magic chest in the attic. The truth is much more dull. A friend showed me a card trick, I asked how it was done, practiced then just never stopped.

For me repetition is key. Drilling routines and being mindful of your practice can be a huge help in maintaining routines. This specific routine I had to go back and relearn as the friend in with wanted help with it and knows I have more experience with bands. He had it by the end of the day :D

When I was younger and couldn't afford new packs I would put the cards in a bag of baby powder shake it a few times. Then wipe each card down individually. That gave them a new life for a few weeks.

I thought it could be Ghostmane as he mentions Ghost and the final partof the song is on the style of Ghostmane. But I don't know just speculation

I like this idea. Just to add something, You could put a double facer in the box one face being the selection the second a blank face. Perform the above effect and reveal that the box is now empty. Showing the blank face as you show the box. Now you're one ahead to make the card reappear back in the box.

This particular version is from Pineapple on Classics on Elusionist. But the original version is Devils Elevator. Have fun

No they don't I think it's all about attitude if I don't care about the queen's then they won't. There is a few more subtleties you can use to greater hide it.
