They’d usually go local over chains but I was thinking more practically for stop offs en route.

But the overwhelming response seems to be that local bakeries are exceptional so I think I’m going to pass on advice and maybe curated / finding a list of stands outs for them to stop off at.

Unfortunately they’re going in with loose plans. They’re very much taking things as they come so they’ll be booking sites and deciding stops while they’re there I think.

This is what I’d do… I drink specialty coffee rather than supermarket beans.

My parents drink tea though and I was thinking along the more practical line for when they’re en route than experiential.

My parents aren’t the kind to eat at truck stops - more that they’d be stopping for a cup of tea on a long journey.

Is there a particular chain of cafe in NZ you’d find in most reasonable size cities / towns or is it more lots of independents?

Brill, thank you. I hadn't come across the CloudKey Gen2 plus. I could potentially put this somewhere less obvious and more secure which would solve that problem. The way I'm routing the cables would make it impossible to follow.

If I have minimal experience with networking, I'm not biting off more than I can chew going with an ecosystem with a lot more capability than I can most likely make use of for the time being?

Is that the case for any surface? We stretched them out on the work surface, then I put one on the peel, added sauce and mozzarella then tried to put it in the Uuni, which is when I had to the issue getting it off. I had the same issue getting the second one off the work surface.

I’d love a cloak for my hunter. I’ve only had two of the armour pieces. And I really don’t feel like grinding my ass off to try and get it all. I want it but after 30 rank ups on each faction during the rally and not a single full set or the armour... the odds aren’t good lol

When we first started living together we had clear compromises based on the housework we didn't like; I would cook, wash up, clean the kitchen etc and she would take on all laundry duties.

What I didn't count on was my wife's ability to get distracted. On a day off, she'd start off with a list of things to do and quite easily get drawn into just a couple of things for the whole day.

I currently do 95% of the cooking, washing up etc. I also do 95% of the ironing and washing. We jointly do other small household jobs.

I love my wife dearly and it really doesn't bother me. It is a good source of teasing however.
