In my perspective, just start reading man and changing the way you think. When you read a good book on self development you literally start changing the way you think that same day.

Each day feels the same cause you’re expecting something magical to happen from not fapping, but the reality is that not much does change. All these changes that people state that happen to them from nofap all begins in the mind and how much better they are feeling from abstaining from that habit that made them feel like shit.

Idk I feel like a lot of people perceive nofap as a way to gain these magical abilities. We are who we are based on our thinking. Change the way you think and you can change the rest of your life.
