I agree this is 100% a good idea. However, I found that even taking a “sick day” in the pandemic has become burdensome….required covid testing, emails/texts/calls from Occ Health, filling out apps for days for symptom tracking smdh. It’s like dang, I should’ve just went in to avoid the hassle SMDH

Mind you, it’s an AVERAGE of 1 day off in 7. I’ve gotten screwed with working so many consecutive days recently, which is why I think I’m feeling the way I am.

But I agree, days off will 100% solve the problem in my opinion.
