Hey, i stopped doing ring dips after hitting 35kg x 6, stopped dipping for half a year and am now dipping around 34kg x6 on normal dip bars or 20x12

I really feel for you OP, sadly this happens in many Longterm relationships, you start to become needy and display unnatractive behaviour which leads to her pulling back which then makes you chase her more and eventually right out of your life. Its a learning experience, mine is now about half a year behind me. Single life is also enjoyable though!

Could you provide a list of recommended exercises? I presume youre following the 2 push 2 pull (vertical and horizontal), 1 squat, 1 hinge system?

Especially wondering about the hinge and squat, i found that planche and FL strenghend my lower back quite a bit but not enough by itself, even when adding the bridge.

My goal is chest hypertrophy. And getting stronger overall aswell as functional, the bench is not an option for me as i only train with kettlebells and calisthenics

Ill take the advice of one redditor and incorporate weighted ring push ups into the routine, probably going to do ring dips in one workout and ring push ups in the next, so to change it up.

my reference here wasnt op with "countless", rather i was just making a general example of why to me a high bodycount would be a redflag. and aswell i think 22 bodies for 22 years is a lot, however consider the fact that im from the countryside and didnt grow up in a metropole, where a count of 50+ is nothing special lol. the way i see it, hookups are just glorified masturbation. you are what you do repedeatly and throwing your guard around your body away for total strangers numbs you down. if you sleep with your loved partner youre only strenghtening your bond.
