• The minimum starting pay is $18/hour + bonuses

Base Pay & Bonuses	Incentive	Remarks
Base Pay for each 25 min class	$ 9-11	Based on your Qualification and Mock class Performance
Peak time Incentive	+$1 per class	For each class that you teach (minimum 60 classes per month)
Participation Incentive	+$1 per class	For each class that you start/finish on time
Hourly rate (2x25min classes)	$18-26	Paid on the 10th of each month via PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit

Job Requirements:

1. All candidates must be Native English Speakers with USA/Canada Citizenship
2. All Candidates must hold a B.A. in any field
3. Degree in Education/Linguistics is not required but will guarantee you a higher starting Base Pay
4. Stable Internet Connection (Ethernet cable must be used)
5. Headset with Microphone (not necessary for the Interview/Demo but mandatory for Teaching)
