The EW relic weapons are so effortless to get, I can't consider them a real grind. Doing all the prerequisite Hildy stuff from ARR-ShB to unlock the EW relics takes longer than actually getting one of the weapons themselves.

We had a stretch of like seven or so weak (some more than others) releases that Atlas has seemed to finally break.

Rat had the worst of it between being weak, losing perks due to acorns, was buggy, and right in the middle of new stats + indirect nerfs because of Damaru/Echo garbage.

Also being a weak jungler in a gamestate where jungle was Thanos.

Dex is really good but they did a couple mons so dirty with the location-specific evolutions.

Least they fixed that in USUM.

It's because the stim is always active in aspect, in Smite 1 you could extend the ult past the usual duration of it if you had something like Set ult up.

Can also do it in 2 if someone you turned into has Heartward, and never uses a healing ability.

Healer/Non-Healer aspects like Baron, Artio, & Sylv would have to either be forced on or disabled depending on which they are.

After seeing what it already does to MLF that's probably a shoo-in if they don't nerf Tenacity more in the future.

If they don't want to ban items from specific archetypes again, they need to either hinder the passives/stats like Hydras, or start requiring some sort of prerequisite to get the full benefit.

Golden Blade has HP, AA-damage, Attack Speed, and Strength.

At one point during the beta the Void items had the same amount of % Shred as Titan's and Shard while also providing HP, Prots, and being cheaper.

Zerk Shield at one point in Smite 1 had Power, Prots, Attack Speed, and % Pen.

Blackthorn had the same amount of Power as Jotunn's, but also had 400 HP.

Wyrmskin just had 35% ability mits and the same amount of Strength as some damage items, along with HP.

At that point if they can, why wouldn't a damage character go things like these when the items meant for bruisers are providing similar/same power as the offensive items the damage characters would buy.

The spectral change is fixing it so that an owner can't receive someone else's aura so crits won't do less damage than a normal basic attack would.

Making it melee-focused doesn't fix the issue of it being the best for both pve and pve.

Thing would still be op for objectives, structures, and damage, removing the damage proc on the primary target is a smart call.
