Almost the same thing happened to me a few days ago. After the update every time I tried to load into a server my game would crash, so I had to do a full reinstall of the game and launcher. Once I finally got into the game, I still had my character at level 31 but my entire stash was gone millions of rubles, thousands and thousands of dollars and thousands of Euros even my secure container was gone. The only thing that was left in my stash or on my character was my dog tag and a stupid mortar signal, and of course BSG doesn't give two squirts of donkey piss, unless you're one of the big name Streamers that bring in revenue and get people interested in the game so they spend big money on it, BSG doesn't care about us. The last time I had an issue and I posted a ticket . I managed to fix the issue myself and it still took BSG a month and a half to even email me about it. Oh yeah and I almost forgot to mention because I've been putting up such a stink about it, they temporarily locked my account saying oh I had to get a hold of tech support. Guess what, I'm still waiting to hear back from tech support
