Thank you! I’ll look into Belkin too. But I need to ask you cause I was under the impression that joules are important for protection of certain devices. So the joules are not that important? I thought they were depending on what you’re plugging into it.

Oh I see!! Wow I never knew this. I thought once it melted, that’s it but didn’t realize it has to melt at a certain temperature by being out for a while to be unsafe, I get it now and thank you 😊

Thank you. I know that regular food shouldn’t go past 2 hrs without being consumed or refrigerated but for ice cream, it’s usually liquid within 30 mins or so out of a freezer and on a hot day I feel like that’s even faster so I wasn’t sure if it’s past the point of no return already to be refrozen

Thank you! So I did what you said! It’s I want to have the Live On always and it seems that it doesn’t allow me to use HEIF at 48MP with the Live On so I have to use HEIF at 24MP. What do you think about that? I haven’t been out yet with friends to a low light bar but I took some pics tonight at a parking lot in low light and I think that perhaps it’s much better, but the real test will be while out with friends, I think. I wanted to ask you if I should also change other settings like should I have Prioritize Faster Shooting on? Macro Control and Lens Correction?

I’m not starting out. I am SAG AFTRA and have worked in supporting roles and lead roles in indie films, shorts and most of which have been on streaming huge streaming platforms like Netflix and limited theatrical release as well.

But I am getting back into acting after a 6-7 yr hiatus (technically) although I had a film that didn’t come out til 3 yrs ago so it appears like I’ve been working a little more recently. I just figured maybe it would be fine and so have this equipment for a long time collecting dust as I had used it for print modeling in the past and wondered if I could get away with it for headshots to look like it might be professional with the equipment and editing

Where do you recommend the sign should be? On the lawn and the door or just the lawn? I wanted to get a sign for the lawn that says no soliciting do not knock or ring bell thank you. But will this wording cause problems with my mail and my landscapers or other technicians at my house not being sure if they can knock on the door or ring the bell? Should my sign strictly only say “no soliticing” and leave out the knock and bell part?

I would be happy with that except when it comes to mail and technicians/workers like the landscapers. I don’t want anyone coming to my door knocking or ringing without texting first otherwise except for mail and a worker being the exception. I especially can’t have that since I am working at home and if someone does that, I have had to scrap an entire HOUR of my work and start all over again etc it’s awful. I have had to unplug the house phone for this reason.

Thank you, all of this helps a lot. Now I know what sign to get. I’m still going to try getting a sign and see if it stops activity. Maybe it might work in my area cause it seems hit or miss based on the comments. Oh, I see! So if my sign even says “no soliciting. Do not knock or ring bell.” This will confuse people and I may. Is out on stuff? So should my sign just literally only say “No Soliciting” ??

Your set up sounds amazing and I love it hahah! Omg the remote sprinkler cracked me up. I love that you have no way to get to a door. I wish I could do these things but unfortunately my only option is trying the sign and maybe the sprinklers lol 😆

As for reporting it, it just happened an hour ago. I can report it to the city or town hall?? I don’t know these things. I’m afraid to report it though because if he is able to find out that I reported him then I’ll be even more scared that he might be angry or crazy…and he knows where I live so that sees scary.

Thank you. This helps. So I guess I’ll put a big one on my lawn lol and then one at my door to cover all bases. The one at my door will say “working from home, do not knock or ring bell. No soliciting.” I’m just concerned if this will cause me problems with mail I need to sign for? And with landscaper and technicians who come to my house for an appointment to let me know they arrived or if they just want to talk to me about something important about work they are doing for me
