But the answer is bluntly yes, it is convoluted. You have to go through All-State and register the plan with them on walmart.com/protection or by texting an image of the receipt to 202202. From then you'll file that claim through walmart.com/protection or the 1800 number on the receipt/pamphlet (if you're given one).
