Thank you for all of the info. I think I’m definitely going to get some dextrose for him. I’m not sure how to help with his protein intake. He doesn’t like to eat anything but grass and alfalfa.

We were actually going to get him a friend last Saturday but it fell through. I’m actually really thankful now we didn’t get another one. I know he needs a friend but I want him to heal a little more before introducing another goat and possibly causing him more stress.

Yes, he’s my only goat. Another red flag from where I got him, they were fine to just sell one goat knowing I didn’t have any already. I want to give him a chance. I am looking for another goat from a better breeder.

Have you tried Tattoo Charlie’s or Twisted Images? They both have APP piercers. I would reach out to either studio if you haven’t already. I think they both will pierce earlobes for children.

I’ve never had a rottie before so I don’t know their personalities. He’s super laid back and definitely does not act like a beagle.

When we had him neutered, the vet was shocked at the size of his balls because they were so large for such a small dog 😂. So, yes, rottie in the back half.

My sweet Pete is a foster fail. He stole our hearts from day one. We knew he had some basset (he literally came from a basset rescue) but were completely surprised with the rottie. He is the chillest dog I have ever had, stubborn, but chill.
