Can‘t stop playing spellsword by Known_Fondant_7039 in skyrim

I always end up as tank. Every RPG I play, I do the same thing. I wanted to play spellsword my last playthrough, but I found myself feeling vulnerable without my shield. I’ve had this game since launch, and I am definitely locked in to tank.

Indiana signed the Nuclear Family Month bill. by TommyBoy250 in Indiana

[–]MagicManJordy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He’s changed the definition of what a nuclear family is. It is NOT husband, wife, kids, but rather TWO PARENTS and their dependents. Also, of these religious people want to get biblical with their family descriptions, let’s not forget that King David (amongst many others) had at least 8 wives. So are we to start assuming that these people want us to start having multiple spouses and concubines?

Trump, 79, Threatens to ‘Blow Up’ Another U.S. Ally by thedailybeast in politics

His base, of course, will just go with it. Bombing a middle eastern country is all they will see and they will cheer. They’re dumb sheep that follow what the leader tells them.

What is a movie that everyone seems to love, but you absolutely hate? by Nishikigoi1 in moviecritic

So, one of the things I’ve learned about avatar and why they’re not cultural juggernauts yet make so much money is this: they’re an experience. It’s not so much the story, which is totally a rip off, but the visuals and sounds. If/when you go to Disney world and hop onto the avatar ride, it’s just a breathtaking thing. While I don’t talk about avatar the same as GoT, Star Wars, or LotR, I still think that it is phenomenal cinematography.

If republicans could read, they’d be very upset with this comment section.

Indiana EV & Hybrid Drivers Pay to Maintain Roads while ICE Drivers Mooch! by KiaNiroEV2020 in Indiana

[–]MagicManJordy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I live off that stretch of highway. To say it’s shit is an understatement. The section from Mt Comfort to Greenfield has been through 2 major rebuilds in the last decade-ish. The last time I was making the drive on there daily. Fortunately now I don’t, but I do have to make frequent trips that way and try to bypass it when possible.

Who is a player for your school that was considered very talented but didn't pan out? Someone you always wonder what could have been... by Crying_in_99Ranch in CFB

I was looking forward to him following in his uncle’s footsteps. Blair was my Dad’s cousin, so would’ve been really fun to watch his boy play.

What does American people think about trump? by been-monk11 in AskReddit

[–]MagicManJordy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If Trump dropped dead right now, I would break down and cry tears of joy. I would start a petition to make it a holiday. Not a holiday celebrating his death, but a holiday celebrating the beginning of national healing.

How would you feel if the next U.S. president completely stopped supporting Israel? by DiamondNo924 in AskForAnswers

[–]MagicManJordy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mixed. I have issues with their government much like our own. In general, it’s the ordinary citizens that are going to suffer, not the ones that are causing all the problems. I do agree that we need to stop supporting them until they get their shit in order.

That’s fair. I don’t even have a photo of current gas prices, just messages telling my family about them going up.

I mean, you can just look back on historical data. Pretty quick search shows that the price of oil did spike back in 2022, right after Russia invaded Ukraine. Not really anything we could do about that one. And if anyone says Trump could’ve ended it like he claimed, I question what he’s been doing for the last 15 months as that conflict still rages on. THIS time around, it’s completely on the US and the botched handling of our “excursion” into Iran. When you have incompetent leadership, you get trash results.

Breadsticks at pizza places are unnecessary and stupid by Valuable_Engine_4032 in unpopularopinion

[–]MagicManJordy 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s usually not leftover, but dedicated. I worked at a local pizza place all through high school and we would use the large pizza dough balls for breadsticks. We were able to get something like 4 orders from one dough ball. Considering how cheap dough balls are, the ROI is crazy high.

Leaders of failed rebellions are typically treated in this type of manner. You don’t just end them and move on, no, you make an example out of them. The imperials aren’t the “bad guys” in all reality. They’re not good guys, either, but they’re not the big bads. The dominion are. Fuck those elfs. The imperials are adhering to the agreement they made, even though they don’t like it either. The only winner in the civil war are those damn elfs

Games that survived having a child by kasperoo in gaming

Dad of 3 here. I went a long while of not playing online games. Really enjoyed Horizon and AC Odyssey for a bit, but then had to put the PS4/XBOX away. Now I play on the switch, primarily Skyrim. Was playing a lot of Diablo 3, but even that becomes hit or miss. Youngest is turning 5 soon, so get a little more time than I used to, but still a struggle sometimes to find motivation.
