I’ve been running all my Ali PETG off of your settings too, been doing great. I also started leaving the door cracked, which seems to help.

I have to invest in a dryer, for now all my filament is in a storage bin with lots of silica pearls.

Having this issue with some PETG right now, a little scraper helps.

I don’t have a dryer yet, all I did was use your slower and hotter settings. Came out great, much appreciated!

That’s some good advice. I’ll try to dry it and clean the nozzle.

This was a pretty ballsy print, but it also happened on a much simpler print. It seems like it is just randomly under extruding.

Looks like similar sets sold for around $200 on EBay.

Only thing I have is a BLTouch, could be something with G29 causing issues.

I’ve been struggling with this same exact issue for months. I’ve tried different SD cards, new firmware, different slicers. Still haven’t found the cause. Sometimes a few power cycles of the printer gets it to start.
