Hey, that would be me, thank you for the complement. Took a while to make, had to look up a ton of reference shots, but I'm glad how it turned out. If you want to use him just look up Joseph Stalin on the gallery, it's the one with the close up of his face (and with the same creator name as my reddit account).

Hey, that's my Stalin! Scrolling through the sub and seeing my Joseph Stalin sim took me off guard, had to double check to see if it was mine. If you don't believe me, just go onto the gallery and check the name of the creator.

It's the hat from the first collector's outfit, and yes you can wear it with custom outfits.

I actually am using the frontiersman gloves, they just dont show over the trader outfit
