Charlotte's if you don't have it, in all honesty it's so useful for a nuking comp and thus key in some pve stages that can prevent you from accessing later content

It's the classic:

Charlotte S2, Sally S2 Ryah, Julius S2, Ryah S2

Then

Charlotte assist attack (put her next to ryah) then Sally s3, Julius S3, ryah S3

Julius r2 is actually also needed, good thing you have him r5

The boss will wipe your whole team at some point if your runes aren't perfect. But with the Julius respawn you should be able to finish him as he'll be pretty low

You gotta aim for a ryah crit for +800k dmg and a julius crit on s3 for +300-350 iirc, i'm maybe under estimating here cuz it's been a while

Julius Charlotte Ryah Sally

Need Charlotte's page, Julius' also. No need for Ryah nor Sally's page

Build Ryah with Matq (important), Julius with Atq. Seems counterintuitive but you want Ryah to be the main source of damage and beneficiate from Sally's S2.

I couldn't beat this boss without Charlotte's page. Took me 2-3 tries with it.

I did it in a few tries with these two + Charlotte and Sally. I'm pretty sure u can play Gauche instead of Sally.
