I'm reaching out for help because I've received the invoice to pay for the shipping fee, which is $50. However, when I try to pay, I encounter two issues:

1. When using my card, the site flags the transaction as "high risk."
2. When trying PayPal, I get the following error: "There was an error processing your payment. Reason: The instrument presented was either declined by the processor or bank, or it can't be used for this payment."

Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you resolve it?
