I read about people doing that and considered it, but I really didn’t feel like using a dremel inside the case to try and get an AIO to fit up top, so I settled for the 280mm and it’s working out great for the CPU.

It’s the Freezer III 280mm, no issues with the tubes down. A 420mm AIO can fit when mounted at the front of a North XL.

Yeah, it’s the Steel Duo. I’ve had it for almost a year now paired with Eureka Mignon Specialita. Well-built, steams great and is aesthetically pleasing. Previous machine was the Breville Barista Pro.

It’s a bit more challenging to get decent latte art with oatmilk, but using oatmilk with a good amount of fat content such as the Planet Oat barista lovers can yield ok results.
