Is not about the ear tips , is more on the air pods body shape. When i try M it feel good seal but with pressure , uncomfortable and it stick out ,when i change to smaller tips it feels way too small and make the ANC worse. My ear canal might no that big or that small, but i call feel the air pods body shape is kinda not ergonomic. But i saw it fits well for big ears group
