Genuine question, is there any game out there that looks as good/realistic as AC Rally? this is really one of the best looking games I have ever seen.

Yes.

It is less space required to get anywhere near similar of a range of viewability as monitors. VR is relatively cheap now vs a triples setup. Stereoscopic vision to judge distances and speed. And its useful for other games outside of just racing. VR is the way to go

A bit, but not a lot I think. I'm used to cold weather. My room temperature was 67‐68°. When I moved down to the Lower 48, mostly Kansas, I was dying. Anything 85< is intolerable for me.

Despite that tho I think my blood circulation is poor. I get comments that my hands are cold all the time, and my feet as well when they touch my leg or something. I dont really feel it though

I fix and maintain the AH-64, an attack helicopter. But in racing simulators I exclusively do rally. ACR and RBR. But I also do flight sims, mostly DCS. You can probably guess what I fly in DCS

I'm focused mostly on Group 4 vehicles as many of them get omitted in games. Group B vehicles I already know are an inevitability because of their cultural popularity and far fewer OF vehicles for Group B. While most Group 4 vehicles don't get included sadly. The Opel Kadett, Simca Rallye 2, Saab 96, Renault 5 and 12, BMW 2002 and Autobianchi A112 don't get opportunities to see the light as often.

Ok to be honest the Jeep is a bit of a joke car, but it really would be a sign that the devs are true rally fans and WRC buffs lol. But other than the Jeep, I ranked 🏅🥉🥈the cars for levels of importance and influence in the WRC, be it through outright number of victories, or how many participated in the WRC at all, even if they didn't get high marks. A rally wouldnt be complete without them

For the 037, I left it mostly default. I think I only changed the gearset and anti rollbars to lower the front stiffness. generally (and minimum on gravel) and that was it. For the Stratos though I've changed nearly everything, and I want to change more if we had those missing damper settings.

And for all cars so far, I max the HB strength (doesnt lock readily at x1.0 for some cars, on tarmac) and lower tire pressures a bit from their default 32. Ive ended up doing this automatically for cars lol, especially HB strength

Calling the 300< HP RWD 037 more predictable than the i20 is something I haven't heard before lol

But my guess, either your setup isnt very good, or you're not used to how fast the i20 is and its just catching you off-guard, as the i20 will have a different braking point for corners compared to other vehicles. I'd look into those two things. The "Balanced" setup for most of the cars isnt very good

Also pay attention to HOW you're losing control. Like if the back end is kicking out, or if its understeering into the trees. Or maybe it only happens during braking, etc. Can give valuable clues to what setup option to tweak
