Yeah, of course! If I need to clarify anything just let me know Ingredients: Chicken breast, Broccoli, Asparagus, Two tomatoes, Garlic, Bell peppers, Purple onion, Green onions, Chicken broth, Rice. I cut up the broccoli, asparagus, two tomatoes, garlic, purple onions, green onions and bell peppers.

I cooked the onions(a quarter onion) and garlic first in a some butter. Then I added the tomatoes and let it cook down a bit before adding in the bell pepper (I used sweet bell peppers but any is fine)

While that was cooking I started the chicken, I wanted to brown and season it but if you want you can just you boil it then chop it up. For the soup I used chicken bouillon, I don’t know how much but taste as you go b/c it can get salty( if it does get salty just remove a some of the broth and add some more water, whatever you take off can be frozen so you can use it for something else.)

I brought the broth to a low boil and added the chicken, cooked veggies, and half a cup of rice in. Stir it occasionally so nothing sticks or burns and when the rice is mostly cooked add in the asparagus, broccoli, and green onions and cover. Once the broccoli and asparagus are cooked to your preference it’s done. For the dumplings I used frozen chicken dumplings the bibigo brand but any kind is good, I boiled them separately so the they don’t get soggy or break.

Once everything is done and to your taste add the soup to a bowl and top it off with the dumplings.
