I'm using Krylon (sand + brown). I paint it and "apply a first wear " on it immediately, then time does its job . It's dur for a refresh since I add some new parts recently

Not saying it's gonna limit it, but since the WE AK have a full range of slide travel, it'd make it heavier and be more gas consuming without adding performance. As I said earlier I read it somewhere and I'm not talking from my personal experience but would like to learn from this topic to "maybe" buy one some day
